【节日故事】中秋夜，石头饼

        异域的节日不似故国的热闹，要不是网络的提醒，甚至已经忘却又到中秋节了！

        说到中秋，月饼是不可缺少的。尽管海外物质生活不贫乏，但是说到吃，确实在不能与国内相比。与往日不同，今年的月饼盒里，除了以往常见的莲蓉月饼和枣泥月饼外，竟多了一款久违的五仁月饼，也许在别人眼里这只是最普通的吃食，与我却有着不同的记忆。

        五仁月饼是北方人家最普通的月饼，里面内容丰富，有西瓜子仁、葵花籽仁、核桃、花生碎、青红丝、陈皮、黑芝麻和糖、油混合在一起，压实，外面再包上油面皮烤制。不知为什么，我是不甚喜欢这种吃食的，不知道是因为这混杂的味道，还是较硬的口感，因此，印象中中秋最怕的就是吃这种月饼。但是，每到此时，长辈准备的月饼是必须吃掉了，因为月饼预示着完满、团圆，而五仁又预示着五谷丰登，是十分吉利的。

       记得读大学时，学校开学往往在中秋节前，因此中秋节也就一定是在学校里过的。每到此时，学校食堂会给我们制作这种五仁月饼，个大、皮厚、馅少，制作工艺简单粗犷，食堂品质，不似南方月饼那样考究，每人有五个的福利。除了学校的教工外，学生也是有份的，可以说是童叟无欺，平等对待。第一次，我们兴奋好奇，但因为不喜欢的缘故，我们是切开吃的，余下就放在盒子里永远不触及的地方，时间一久也就忘了。学期结束时，收拾东西准备回家时，我才发现它们依旧躺在那里，硬得像石头，我们管它叫石头饼，因为，它硬得能砸人！最令人称奇的是它的品质如西北人一般的质朴，居然既没酶斑，也没其他异味。

       第一年，我老老实实把它带回了远隔千里的家，把百合、腊肉和它一并拿出，解释说这是给家人的心意，家人高兴，废了九牛二虎之力，才用刀把它切开，味道并没太大差异，但家人说我太浪费，新鲜时不好好吃掉，非要留成石头！

       第二年，不敢往家里带了，可是又不知道怎么处理，于是我们把宿舍里的石头饼收集起来，准备包好了，悄悄丢掉！（在那个物质并不富有的年代，丢弃没有坏的食物是会有罪恶感的），这时候，正好辅导员来我们宿舍，给我们讲了一个他自己的真实故事：

        他说，他的家在甘肃山区，很穷，家里吃不上饭，更别说月饼了。他的父亲在城市打工，每年会回去两天，带回去最让他们喜欢的东西就是馒头，但家人都舍不得吃，于是他们把大部分的馒头收起来，只把一个馒头放在窗台上，馋的时候，就蹭下些馒头屑，馒头变成了石头，这样一个馒头就可以吃两三个星期，这样的日子过了很多年，后来他父亲把他带出了山区，他也上了大学，回家乡时间也就少了。但这个场景一直在他的头脑里，而馒头屑也成了他此生最好的美食。后来，他来我们学校工作，最盼望的就是每年的月饼，起初，他只是带他自己那份，后来他发现有些同学不吃，他就让同学给他，再后来他会开始收集月饼，然后等到放假，他会把收集月饼送到他的小村子，分给乡亲们，每到这个时候，村里的人都象过年一样！

       听了这话，我们赶忙把收集的月饼给他，他说，你们最好先问问同学。实际上，学校里还有不少像他这样家境的同学，他们十分要强，但也极其节俭，他们往往不吃月饼，也我们不同的是，他们真心要带回家给家人孝道和关爱。你们最好找个合适的机会和时间，很自然地给他们，让你们送的自然，同时，让他们有尊严的接受。后来，机缘巧合，我也有幸在高校工作，但再也没有听说哪个学校会给学生做月饼，更别说发月饼了，而这个关于五仁月饼的记忆却深深的印在脑子里，尽管此五仁非现在的五仁月饼那么丰富，也不过就是简单瓜子、核桃、花生、青红丝、陈皮和糖简单的五种食材，这个五仁月饼让我记起了年少无知懵懂，知道了不同生活境遇的差别，知道了如何有尊严的施与受，知道了我圈子以外的世界……

       尽管我依旧不喜欢月饼这款点心，但是我依旧会吃些，让我想起我的青春记忆，提醒我平等、谦和地、有教养的和他人相处！

    When I initially commented I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I get 4 emails with the same comment. Perhaps there is a means you can remove me from that service? Appreciate it.
