【琢玉启智家长俱乐部】专注力专题之 —— 学习与孩子沟通

        3月23日（上周六）琢玉启智家长俱乐部第一次活动成功举办，参加此次活动的家长讨论积极，踊跃。本次活动的主题是“儿童专注力讨论与应对”，由从事教育二十余年的教育专家，琢玉启智教育创始人Joyce Hu  （琢玉）主讲。

         鉴于专注力的特征和成因情况不一，大家对于专注力的认知通常会根据情境不同会产生不同的解读，因此，在本次讲座的开始，胡老师就首先就如何界定孩子是否专注与专注能力之间的关系进行了阐述，其次解析了孩子出现专注力问题的成因。  

 

 

 

         胡老师说：“资料显示，孩子出现专注力问题中80%的情况与孩子幼年的家庭教育和引导有关。”，根据胡老师多年对于儿童专注力的研究和实践发现，很多的问题的核心原因源自沟通问题，因此，在此环节中，胡老师特别播放了特别为这个主题制作的孩子各种花式回答问题的视频，在大家忍俊不禁的同时，家长们发现孩子的逻辑是那么丰富多彩但又自然顺畅，胡老师顺势剖析了孩子和家长在思维方式中的不同，并分享了她在琢玉启智教育品牌课程——“琢玉启智数学”的研究、开发、实践中发现的一个不容忽略的事实，就是家长经常因为固有思维和想象过分低估了孩子的理解力、思维力和想象力。

 

        以参加“琢玉启智数学”之“数感训练与拓扑变化”中学习的6-8岁孩子的学习正负数的实践为例，她发现只要方法引导到位，他们不但能把这个知识点理解的很好，而且很会灵活运用，要知道“正负数”的概念，在学校的数学教学中是小学六年级或中学一年级的内容。

        在胡老师眼里，孩子们就是一颗颗未经开掘的璞玉，他们简单，但充满了智慧，他们永远可以在第一时间，以最简单有效的方式达成他们的目标。由此可见，家长学会听懂孩子，用孩子的思维方式去引导孩子是多么重要！进行良好有品质的沟通，拥有和谐亲子关系，学习听话、思考，进而沟通是如此重要的一环。

  

 

 

 

        解决关注力的问题，首先应该学习沟通。最有趣的是孩子花式回答问题的视频环节，惹得家长开怀的同时，更带来家长异常热烈的讨论。大家就是否应该鼓励孩子独立有逻辑地思考（与成人存在不同角度、想法），如果在回答问题时出现与学校考试标准答案不同时，家长应该如何引导和处理等话题进行了有品质的讨论。胡老师就是这样用浅显易懂生活化的瞬间引导家长反思自己与孩子的沟通，寻找有效途径，用好沟通这个最重要的基础和桥梁。 

 

 

 

          胡老师还特别提醒家长，童年印象可以影响一个人的一生，因为这是一切之后行动（即使是在成年之后）的根源所在，可以说家庭教养的最重要的年龄段是中学之前的时间段，准确的讲是10岁之前，孩子良好的个性，行为习惯，基础能力，思考方式都是这个阶段形成的，其中一个人的基本性格养成最关键的时间段是6岁之前。这一段时间有品质的陪伴与有清晰导向的教养将会是事半功倍的帮助孩子，培养各方面的能力远远比学习知识本身重要的多。
